	After the initial request enter the complete phone number including country code.

Please ALWAYS dial the country code.

For example New York:

0840 544 500 (entering code for USA) - wait for the announcement – 001 (country code)202-1234567 (dial complete number without the 0)

The tariff announcement is free

The tariff refers on calls starting from the fixed network. Mobile surcharges vary depending on the mobile provider.

The costs of the Teletel-calls are registered on your regular phone bill through your telephone company
(Swisscom, Sunrise, etc.).

There will be no separate bill from Teletel and there are no additional fees.
