through your provider.

you are charged the normal Teletel tariff plus the additional

| Can Teletel be dialed from telephone booths?

| Why are the phone calls charged to my regular
telephone bill? |
| If you use Teletel, the access to our system
is made by 0900 numbers of Swisscom. The account for these
numbers is always made by Swisscom or your appropriate telephone
provider. |

| Is a detailed account possible? |
| You can request a detailed bill per access
number from Swisscom or your corresponding telephone provider.
However, the details of each country called are not shown.

| Why is Teletel this inexpensive? |
| Teletel buys the lines to an optimal price
performance ratio on the international market. There are no
redundant administrative expenses and cost-intensive advertisings
with us, as found in large concern managements. We reduce
our costs to a minimum: e.g. we do not have a telephone customer
service. These savings are our customer’s profit. |

| I try to call through Teletel. After dialing
the chosen number the announcement continues to go on? |
Your telephone is not adjusted to the tone
dial (DTMF). You can examine this as follows:
During a call press a number key on your telephone. If you
do not hear a tone, your telephone is not set up for touch-tone
dialling. Please consult your user guide to find out whether
your telephone actually supports touch-tone dialling, and
if so how to activate it. |

| I switched on the function "lock set"
or "lock of outgoing connections" on my phone. Can
I still use Teletel? |
With blocking sets there are following differences:
- Blocking of all 090x services - Teletel cannot be used.
- Blocking of 0906 and 0901 services - Teletel can be used.
The abolition of the locking set can only be made by written
request to your telephone provider. |

| I am not a Swisscom-client. Can I still
use teletel? |
| Teletel can be used with any telephone provider
. For calls from the landline dial 10741 before adding the
required teletel access code, for expl. 107410840544500. For
these calls you get the bill from Swisscom. Teletel tariffs
stay the same. There are no extra costs. |
